Now that I've got your attention by Tapping My Fork, I wanted to share the reason I created this specialty line of spices. I truly live to eat and enjoy all of the experiences of dining out, however, my real passion is to get "Legs Under the Table” at home. Now, before you think this refers to something indecently unsavory, I can assure you that there is nothing salacious regarding this terminology. "Legs Under the Table" refers to the art of home hospitality, combined with the opportunity to get to know your friends and loved ones on a much deeper level than just breaking bread outside the house. As someone who has been in the food industry for over 37 years, the one thing that I adore is sharing my cooking knowledge with not only talented home chefs, but especially those willing novices who have only the goal to nourish and show love to their dinner mates. My spice line not only simplifies the overall meal prepping time, but also optimizes any recipe, as I have carefully balanced unique flavor profiles. These curated flavors will share the much-desired confidence to create a personalized unique Art Form to every dish - without major investments in a cupboard full of costly spices.
